Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Animal Disease Act of 1 July 1966. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Enforcement (I); Trade with animals, animal products, semen and embryos (II); Disposal of animal carcasses (III); Financial measures to fight animal diseases (IV); Compensation payments (V); Contributions and fees (VI); Legal protection and penalties (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
