Abstract This Ordinance provides for arrangement for sire husbandry and breeding at the provincial level. The text requires for notification of the male animal owner before the municipality for mate claiming and the monetary results from the previous year coverage. The Ordinance lays out provisions for fund availability for sire husbandry process, and artificial insemination, purchasing a male sire and the procedure for the fund application.
