Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Styrian Animal Breeding Law 2009 (LGBl. 35/2009). The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Duty to notify (1); Duty to notify on behalf of equine animal keepers (2); Application form (3); Artificial insemination (4); Assessment of promotion (5); Obligation of municipalites (6); Obligation of the local government (7); Entry into force (8). Four Annexes are enclosed.
