Abstract

This Regulation implements the Agricultural Livestock (Disease Control Funding) Act 1998 by defining certain powers of the Director General and by modifying the Rural Lands Protection Act 1989 in compliance with the provisions of the Agricultural Livestock (Disease Control Funding) Act.
