Abstract This Act lays down: (1) tasks and competences of organizations concerning the fish market; (2) requirements for marketing of fish products; (3) principles of functioning of organizations of producers and inter-branch organizations; (4) ways of control concerning fish market organization; (5) principles of financial support to organizations of producers; (6) competences of institutions concerning information and reporting on fish market.
