Abstract

The Act makes provision for the production, importation and exportation of seed, seed-potatoes, plants and parts of plants which are used for reproduction. The King may decide which plant species or seed are regulated by to provisions of the Act. Production, importation and exportation of seed or planting material shall be subject to provisions of this Act and to further regulation by the King in accordance with criteria establishing in section 2.
