Abstract

Act relative to prevention and fighting of spreading of animal diseases. Section 2 defines animal disease. Section 3 concerns classification of diseases. The principal supervisory and coordinating in the framework of this Act is assigned to the Veterinary Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (sect. 5). The Act further prescribes a series of measures to prevent or control animal diseases.
