By a an Order in Council certain categories of animals may be subject to regulation of stockbreeding of those animals, registration, identification and certification of those animals, investigation by the breeder of defects of the animals that may possibly harm their health or may affect their offspring. Assistance for the implementation of the Act may be sought from professional branch organizations or sector associations.
