Abstract

The purpose of the present Act is to transpose the Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control). The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Water Resources Act of 31 July 2009. In particular, the Ordinance amends Article 60 dealing with waste water facilities.
