Abstract The Act, which is composed of two articles, establishes that producers, importers and entrepreneurs purchasing hazardous products within the European Union are obliged to collect from salesmen, on their own cost, packaging of multiple use and packaging wastes of these products. Salesmen are obliged to collect from customers packaging of multiple use and packaging wastes of hazardous products and to pass them to producers or importers.
