Requests the Secretariat to develop an electronic system for reporting pursuant to Article 15 of the Convention and to make it available to Parties no later than 30 September 2006, in time to be used by Parties when preparing their first reports pursuant to Article 15;2. Adopts the format for reporting on polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) contained in the annex to the present decision;3. Requests the Secretariat to incorporate the format for reporting on PCBs in the format for reporting under Article 15 of the Convention contained in the annex to decision SC-1/22; 4. Also requests the Secretariat to make available to Parties both electronic and hard copies of the format for reporting on PCBs.
