CoP16) on Introduction from the sea; b) issue a Notification to the Parties asking them to submit information on the legislation and regulations in place, and relevant applicable procedures to implement Resolution Conf.14.6 (Rev. CoP16) on Introduction from the sea, as well as any important challenges faced, and ways used to overcome them; c) subject to available resources, support Parties which are active in the trade in CITES marine species, particularly from areas beyond national jurisdiction, and assist them to effectively implement the Convention; d) promote the use of the guidelines for introduction from the sea on the CITES website among interested Parties, and consider updating them if needed, based on feedback received by the Parties; and e) submit a report on the outcomes of the information received from the implementation of subparagraphs a) to d) above to the 81st meeting of the Standing Committee.
