Résumé

This Order lays down provisions for implementing a number of E.U. Regulations on the common organisation of the wine market, in particular rules on accompanying documents for the carriage of wine products. Records are to be kept for transfer of wine products, for either professional or commercial purposes. The procedure to be followed is the one described in article 12 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 884/2001. However, traders not carrying out any of the operations specified in Article 14 of the Regulation, nor performing any oenological practices shall be exempted from the obligation of keeping books. Still, they must keep record of all the documents accompanying the transport of the wine.
