The Order is amended in article 213 so as to extend the period for the making of grants by the Department for Regional Development to relevant undertakers for certain costs. In the Schedule 11 to the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 a new provision concerning notices given under paragraph (4) of Article 220 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 concerning laying pipes in land.
