Regulation 4 is amended by inserting a provision requiring the Environmental Protection Agency to determine which parameter or parameters shall apply for the purpose of Part 2 of the Second Schedule and to take this into account when authorising a waste water discharge for the purpose of the Waste Water Discharge (Authorisation) Regulations 2007.
