Résumé The purpose of the present Law is to ensure the protection of plants against harmful organisms including weed. The text deals with the following issues: general provisions, definition of terms; duties of persons entitled to dispose of land, buildings and means of transports; application of certain plant protection measures; interdiction of cultivating harmful organisms; guidelines for combating harmful organisms; costs; experts of the Commission of the European Union; penalties; competent authorities and European Community Law. The text consists of 21 articles.
