Résumé The aim of this Notification is to determine conditions of use and rules of labelling of food additives. The Notification covers food additives used in traditional foods, foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses and food additives which are also used as sweeteners or colorants. The Notification further sets forth the rules of the usage of food additives, sweeteners, colorants and food additives other than sweeteners and colorants, purity criteria and rules of labelling of end consumer products. This Notification is drafted in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on food additives.
