Section 22 (1) of the principal Act is hereby consequentially amended by repealing paragraph (d), and substituting the following paragraph:(d) Prescribing the fees and royalties payable to the Crown and their method of payment; and prescribing the circumstances in which such fee or royalty or any part thereof may be refunded. The Fisheries (Agreement with Japan) Act 1967 is hereby repealed. Consequential amendments are made to other Act.
