Résumé

This Act concerns the control of diseases in stocks in New South Wales, it consists of 24 sections, completed by one Schedule and is divided in the following parts: preliminary; board of tick control; inspectors; control of diseases in stock; offences and miscellaneous. Under section 4, the Governor may, by proclamation to be published in the Gazette, declare that any disease therein mentioned, being a disease in stock, shall be a disease in respect of which the provisions of this Act or such of them as may be specified in the proclamation shall apply. The Board of Tick Control, established and regulated under Part 2, will be an advisory body for the Minister and will be responsible for the administration of the Act.
