The requirements provided for in this Act apply to spatial data sets in electronic format and spatial data services related thereto which correspond to the spatial data themes listed in Annexes to Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community INSPIRE (OJ L 108, 25.04.2007, p. 1–14).
