The Order: defines the terms “day” and “unlicensed fishing boat”; provides for a daily take limit of one lobster; provides for a daily take limit of ten Norway lobsters; provides for a daily take limit of five of any (or any combination of) specified species of crabs; provides for a daily take limit of six of any (or any combination of) king scallops or queen scallops. It is an offence under section 5(1) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 to use a fishing boat in contravention of a restriction imposed by this Order.
