Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) prohibits the selling of seeds unless a license has been obtained. A person can sell vegetable and flower seeds in packages of 20g without a selling license if: a) packages are sealed and labelled by the producer; b) packages have been bought from a licensed seller; c) seeds match requirements listed in Seeds Regulation (Selling) -1964. Sections (3) to (4) deal with license requests and license conditions. Section (5) provide for the selling space for witch a licence has been requested. Seeds for selling purposes must be separated from pesticides and the place must be clean and dry. Sections (6) to (10) deal with general procedures regarding selling licenses. A license is valid for the person and for the place for witch it was issued; the license must be displayed for public view; a tax must be paid. Section (10) grants the director of the Seeds Supervision Service with powers for giving, conditioning, postponing or refusal of a selling license. Sections (11) to (13) give general information.
