In particular it changes option 22 concerning animal welfare monitoring and benchmarking and control of bovine viral diarrhoea. Omitted options include: management of genetically appropriate tree stocks for seed production; access creation for sustainable forest management; management of small woodlands; and animal welfare management programmes.
