Sludge shall only be used for agricultural purpose if its contents, such as, for example, heavy metals, organic harmful substances and fertilizers do not cause harmful effects on human beings, animals and the environment. Sludges not complying with the present provisions shall not be used for agricultural purposes. They are subject to the provisions of the Waste Disposal Law and have to be therefore orderly disposed of. The text consists of 8 articles and Annexes.
