Résumé This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 imposes upon exported plants to be provided with a sanitary certificate issued from quarantine centres located in crossing points on Lebanese borders. The Agricultural Sanitary Certificate shall be enclosed with a laboratory analysis certificate issued by a recognized and adopted laboratory able to carry out the maximum residues limit of pesticides and bacteriologic analysis (art. 2). The Quarantine Centres shall present monthly a list to the Ministry of Economic and Commerce, Ministry of Public Health-Health Engineering Department, Agricultural Resources Department and Animal Resources Department containing the exported agricultural material, exported and imported quantity and the result of the chemical and bacteriologic analysis carried out on the samples (art. 3).
