Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of twelve paragraphs and seven Annexes, establishes: (1) organizational and technical conditions of training concerning plant protection; (2) qualifications of persons conducting training concerning plant protection; (3) programs of training; (4) maximal number of participants of the training; (5) the way of keeping documentation on training; (6) the form of certificate of training and validity of such certificate. Annex 1 and 2 specify program of training concerning integrated production, Annex 3 marketing of plant protection products, Annex 4 applying plant protection products with the use of sprinklers, Annex 5 - applying plant protection products with the use of flight equipment, Annex 6 - applying plant protection products with the use of fumigation.
