The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes in particular that the provincial veterinarian has to receive the information about suspicion or assertion of an infectious disease of animals. The information shall contain: the name of the disease; the name and identification data of the animal owner; location; the date of the suspicion or assertion of the disease; number of sick animals grouped by species; total number of animals which can be infected grouped by species. The Annexes specify forms of books containing information about: infectious diseases of animals (Annexes 1-3), diseases of animal origin and pathogenic factors of animal origin (Annex 4), about results of monitoring of resistance to anti-microorganism means (Annex 5).
