Résumé This Regulation determines: what is meant by immature fish and other marine organisms; the minimum size of commercially important species of fish and other marine organisms below which they cannot be caught, collected or put into circulation; the closed seasons for certain species of marine fish and other marine organisms, and the time when they cannot be caught, collected or put into circulation.
