Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning lays down types of wild animals in captivity which are marked, the methods of their identification, types of marks, and details on the control of animal marking. These provisions apply to wild species of mammals, birds and reptiles. Marking of animals kept in captivity is the obligation of a responsible keeper. The animals should be marked within ten working days since the acquisition or within five working days since the quarantine if greater than ten working days. This Regultion is composed of 24 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Identification of animals (Sec. 2); Methods of marking (Sec. 3); Suppliers (Sec. 4); Records (Sec. 5); Control (Sec. 6); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 7).
