This Regulation entered into force on 17 January 2013.
Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles and one Annex, lays down the manner of keeping the register of establishments producing animal feed which are the subject to registration according to art. 9 of the Regulation (EC) No. 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down requirements for feed hygiene and approved according to art. 13 of the Regulation (EC) No. 183/2005. The present Regulation establishes also the scope of data and information entered to the register of establishements which were obtained by a district veterinarian during and official control of these establishments.
