This Regulation entered into force on 25 May 2013.

Résumé

This Regulation of the Council of Ministers implements on the territory of the Polish Republic the National Programme for the control of certain serotypes of Salmonella in broiler flocks of chicken (Gallus gallus) for 2013. The purpose of of the National Programme for the control of zoonosis and zoonotic agent is to achieve the Community objective limit of the spread of zoonoses and zoonotic agents listed in column 1 of Annex I to the Regulation (EC) No. 2160/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of salmonella and other specified food-borne zoonotic agents. The National Programme is specified in the Annex.
