Résumé This Regulation determines the competent authority and duties of the competent authority for the implementation (on the territory of the Croatian Republic) of the following acts of the European Union: Commission Regulation (EC) no. 998/2002 of 11 June 2002 establishing detailed rules for the application of the provisions regarding the allocation of the financial contribution of the Community member states intended for strengthening the infrastructure inspection-check health status of plants and plant products coming from foreign countries (OJ L 152, 12.6.2002); and Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1040/2002 of 14 June 2002 laying down detailed rules for the application of the provisions in connection with the award of the Community-financial contribution for the implementation of controls in the area of plant health and repealing Regulation (EC) no. 2051/97 (OJ L 157, 15.6.2002.)
