Résumé This Regulation determines the procedures and principles for the identification of beekeeping enterprises and the identification and registration of bee colonies in these enterprises, in order to ensure more effective control of the movements and diseases of bee colonies and to support the effective execution of national or regional eradication programs. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall be responsible for the identification, registeration and monitoring of bee colonies within the framework of this Regulation and carrying out all other transactions related to the registration of enterprises. This Regulation lays down provisions on the responsibilities of the relevant institutions and hive owner; elements of the system of identification and monitoring of beehives; access to information in the database; technical specifications and requirements of hive plates; administrative sanctions; and tampering and forgery of identification tools.
