Résumé This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on aquaculture, determines the manner of disposing of tuna farming capacity (Thunnus thynnus) and the manner of disposing of the permitted input quantity of caught wild tuna. Tuna farming capacity is the maximum quantity of farmed tuna caught that may be placed on the market in a single calendar year. The total tuna farming capacity available to the Republic of Croatia is 7,880 tons per year, meanwhile the maximum input quantity of caught wild tuna that may be introduced into farms on the territory of the Republic of Croatia in one calendar year is 2,947 tons.
