This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 21 April 2020).

Résumé

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, provides for the conditions, criteria and method of granting state aid in fisheries, in accordance with the Provisional Framework for State aid measures to support the economy in the current Covid-19 pandemic. The subject of this kind of support is granting state aid to fisheries, intended as an aid or help to eliminate serious disturbances in the economy due to the coronavirus epidemic in commercial sea fishing sector, including small-scale coastal fishing. Eligibility conditions are laid down in article 4. For detailed user obligations, see article 5.
