Entry into force notes
The Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
Résumé

This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles regarding the production and marketing of fruit plants and vine. The fruit and vine planting materials listed out in Annex 1 may be produced and imported upon prior registration. Only companies and individuals authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs may carry out production and importation activities. Annex 2 sets forth packaging and labelling requirements. Certification is not required for seeds produced for purposes of scientific research or preservation of genetic resources, nor for seeds produced by farmers for their own use.
