Résumé This Regulation offers the list of instructions and rules aimed at applying the provisions and general conditions stipulated by the Bulgarian Law on ownership and use of agricultural land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 17/1991). This text also sets the list of characteristics of the land that will be considered under the terms of the above mentioned basic Law, and further sets the relations and interaction principles with other relevant national laws, such as Law on forests and Law on spatial planning.
