Résumé This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on plant health protection, prescribes phytosanitary measures to prevent introduction and spread, detection and eradication of Xylella fastidiosa (Wells et al.) and its subspecies on certain plants and the boundaries of the area if the harmful organism is present or if there is a risk of its presence. This text transposes the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1201 as regards measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Xylella fastidiosa (Wells et al.).The Annex (1, 2 and 3) is also part of this text (containing the List of sensible plants; tests to identify Xylella fastidiosa and its subspecies).
