Résumé

This Regulation determines the scope and content of the professional examination for a fishery manager, the composition and formation of examination committees, the method of applying for the examination, the duration and method of taking the examination, issuing examination certificates, rules regarding the necessary keeping of examination records, payment of the examination committee and other relevant issues. The exam consists of checking the knowledge of the contents that the fish owner needs for the implementation of the fish farming plan and the performance of other tasks in the fishing district, which are specified in these regulations. The exam includes the following contents: basics of fish biology; basics of aquaculture; fish diseases and regulations in this area; ecology of fish and aquatic communities; impacts on the aquatic environment and measures in the event of fish deaths; regulations in the field of freshwater fishing, environmental protection, nature conservation and water management; fisheries management in fishing districts; fishing cadastre; planning in fisheries; reporting in fisheries.
