Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four articles, establishes types of packaging which are not the subject to requirements for not exceeding the maximum amount of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium (called heavy metals) in packaging on the level of 100 mg/kg. Such types of packaging are specified in art. 3 and relate to glass packaging for which the maximum amount of heavy metals does not exceed 200 mg/kg and to crates and pallets which are used in the production cycle in a closed and controlled process.
