Résumé This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 paragraphs and three Annexes, lays down measures to monitor the substances and groups of residues listed in Annex 1. The production process of products of animal origin shall be monitored for the purpose of detecting the presence of prohibited substances and residues and substances. The present Regulation also establishes how to proceed in case of presence of prohibited substances or exceeding the permissible level of chemical and biological residues, medicinal products and radioactive contamination in animals, their excrements, in animal tissues or organs, in products of animal origin and water intended for watering animals and in feedingstuffs.
