Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 18 articles, lays down spatial and technical requirements for laboratories to carry out laboratory tests of samples for diagnosis of pests, the method of notification, and the form of test reports that are issued by these laboratories. This Regulation applies to laboratories conducting the tests of samples taken by a natural or legal person or taken by laboratories within a program approved by the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Plant Protection and Seeds. After the test, laboratory sends test report to the customer to confirm or refute the suspected presence of the specific pest or the reasons why the test has not given the results. The laboratory can be an independent organization or an integral part of a larger organization. This Regulation establishes also requirements for laboratories relating to their organization (art. 4), staff (art. 5), rooms (art. 6) and equipment (art. 7).
