The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Résumé

The Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of nine paragraphs, establishes the conditions to be fulfilled to rate resources among salt waters, medical waters and thermal waters. The Regulation specifies the list of places where such types of waters can be found. The Regulation does not violates rulings of licenses for searching, recognition or extracting salt waters, medical and thermal waters given on the basis of earlier regulations.
