This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles of the allocation, approval, planning, implementation, development, operation, management and cancellation of existing and to be established forest parks by the General Directorate of Forestry in state forests. Article 7 states that the borders of the forest park may be changed with the approval of the General Directorate, in accordance with the protection or prohibition provisions of relevant legislation. Moreover, the borders of the forest park may be expanded in case of inadequacy of the area of forest park in terms of the services provided, increasing potential of visitors and activities, different functional and recreational needs, preventing irregular and uncontrolled use and for similar reasons. According to Article 11, the structures and facilities, the field maintenance, protection and cleaning services and the adequacy of the services provided in the forest parks shall be inspected by the regional directorate.
