Résumé

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Plan protection products Act, determines the necessary rules defining the expert tasks of evaluation of active substances and plant protection products (PPPs) and the requirements that evaluators must meet concerning vocational education. The expert tasks of evaluation of active substances and PPPs are as follows: evaluation of identity, physical, chemical and technical properties and analytical methods; evaluation of intended use, efficacy and additional information; evaluation of toxicological properties and operator exposure; evaluation of data on residues on or in treated products, food and feed; Evaluation of behaviour and effects after application in the environment; and evaluation of ecotoxicological properties.
