The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 paragraphs, establishes: detailed veterinary requirements applicable to trade in sheep and goats; requirements for the health certificate of sheep and goats which are placed on the market. The Regulation specifies the conditions which have to be fulfilled by sheep and goats assigned to slaughter, breeding and grazing. The form and methods of issuing of the health certificate of sheep and goats assigned to the trade is specified in the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 599/2004.
