Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs, establishes that citrus fruits coming from the Republic of Argentina or the Federal Republic of Brazil can be imported to Poland only if: their transport from the place of production to the place of sending is controlled by the official service of plants protection of the Republic of Argentina or the Federal Republic of Brazil; and they have the appropriate sanitary certificate confirming that the fruits are coming from areas free from all pathogenic strains.
