The Regulation enters into force 7 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Résumé

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of five paragraphs and two Annexes. The labels of plant protection products shall contain in particular the following information: name and address, telephone number or fax number or email address of the entity which obtained permission allowing the agent for a turnover, and of the producer of the agent (if different from the entity); name and address, telephone number or fax number or email address of the entity which introducing the agent into the territory of the Republic of Poland if the entity which obtained the permission allowing the agent for a turnover, has no base on the territory of the Republic of Poland; expression "Obey the label-instruction of plants protection agent appliance to limit the risk for human and the environment"; commercial name of the agent; type and use of the agent; groups of users if the agent is designated only to this group; common and chemical names of the active substance; chemical names of all hazardous substances; and number of the permission allowing the agent for a turnover.
