Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes the procedure of claiming compensation for health care of plants, organization of the commission and detailed criteria for determining the amount of compensation for destroyed plants, plant products and other objects relating to the measures imposed to control and prevent the spread of harmful organisms. The compensation is paid from the budget of the Republic of Slovenia as a financial compensation of up to 100 percent of the value of destroyed plants, plant products and other objects for which the competent inspector may order the destruction or removal due to infection by quarantine or dangerous pests. This Regulation is composed of 13 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Procedure for the assessment of compensation (Sec. 2); Criteria for determining the amount of compensations (Sec. 3); Final provision (Sec. 4).
