Résumé This Regulation provides a correct method for energy audit related to the constructions and buildings in order to determine the exact energy need and performance and the way of energy management in buildings that consume energy and water, establishing all specific measures for improving energy efficiency and their effectiveness, and the implementation of energy certification of buildings, and will be particularly applied to: public buildings; the obligation for conducting of audit; the annual limit value of final energy consumption; the obligation of energy certification of buildings and exemption from that obligation; the obligation of public display of the energy certificate for buildings; obligations of investors, owners and occupiers of the building when conducting energy audits and energy certification; define the energy rating of the building; the content and layout of building energy certificate; carrying out regular review of the heating and cooling systems; the register of reports conducted in order to obtain information or certified energy status.
